What must be the real Computer Literacy of 17,000+ Goan children going through SSC every year when 72% schools do not have a functional computer? This has prevailed for almost a decade in this 21st century where computers are a necessity (not a luxury anymore) in any field.
Through our RPi-4-Schools social-impact project we aim to transform lives of Goan children by helping revive/upgrade their school Computer Labs, the most under-rated, dilapidated and under-utilized yet the most life-transforming tool in our schools today. Apart from our crowdfunding package (ie. iLite* involving installation of minimum 5 RPi-4-Schools kits per school) we also offer institutional / CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) packages listed in this table (ie. Prime, Standard, Lite and LiteX)
designed to provide budgeting flexibility to the sponsoring companies / businesses. We can upgrade a school’s Computer Lab within 2-4 weeks of receiving the required funding. The increased timeline is only due to the pandemic induced delays in the national and global logistics.

My students had a hard time with computer practicals as most computers were down. Thanks to Uzoorba for reviving 5 computers with which my students can do their practicals.
In our school, there was only one working computer because of which our students were not able to learn. But now by installing Uzoorba’s Raspberry Pi kits in our school, our students are able to learn and gain computer knowledge.
